In the early 21st century, a young scion from the family of Mr. Rathin Das began living a dream — a dream to reshape the world of infrastructure and transform countless lives in the process. This visionary entrepreneur, Mr. Ritwik Das, was born on August 23, 1977, in Kolkata and was a student of St. Joseph’s School.

In 2004, Mr. Das ventured into large-scale building projects in Kolkata, leading to the establishment of Bluechip Projects Pvt. Ltd. Under his leadership, the company has delivered numerous architectural marvels across the region.

As the Managing Director and CEO of Bluechip Projects Private Limited, Mr. Ritwik Das has become a prominent figure in the organized Infrastructure sector in West Bengal, with the company's presence now expanding to neighbouring states. Driven by a strong belief in visionary development, he pioneered the concept of affordable housing in and around Kolkata. Through a range of public and private housing projects, he brought this vision to life. The Government of West Bengal, recognizing his commitment and planning acumen, has partnered with Bluechip Projects on several initiatives. He is also known for his strong commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

With vast experience as a professional realtor and a stickler for quality, Mr. Das is committed to delivering excellence and client satisfaction. An avid traveller, he has explored 65 countries and documents his experiences through detailed travelogues, some of which have been featured in leading English newspapers. He is also the author of the book Raising Souls, which was inaugurated at the House of Lords, British Parliament, and officially launched at the British Council in Kolkata on July 26, 2024.

Mr. Das envisions delivering world-class infrastructure in the eastern region of India and transforming its skyline to rival the best globally. In his own words:
