Ritwik Das, a visionary leader from the Rathin Das family, founded Bluechip Projects Group for the last two decades to transform the infrastructure landscape of Eastern India. A proud alumnus of St. Joseph’s School, he began his journey in Kolkata with a mission to deliver high-quality, community-driven developments.

Under his leadership, Bluechip Projects has become a trusted name in large-scale construction and affordable housing, expanding its footprint across West Bengal and neighboring states. The company’s commitment to excellence has led to successful public-private partnerships and widespread recognition from the Government of West Bengal.

Beyond real estate, Mr. Das is a passionate traveler and published author. His travel memoir Raising Souls—launched at the House of Lords, British Parliament—reflects his global perspective and cultural insight, shaped by journeys to over 65 countries.
